If he eats you in a bed of lettuce rather than on a mattress, or between sheets of lasagna rather than cotton, you might be dealing with a cannibal. Don't let him near the spices, olive oil, and whipped cream. Also, try not be a saucy gal - unless you fancy him forking you.

Well it would depend...if your boyriend is conscious of what he's doing then he's a cannibal. If he's undead or was given a mind controlling substance, he could be a zombie. Maybe you should feed him (so he won't be so hungry for you), a way to a man's heart is through his stomach.
