Michael Joseph Jackson (born August 29, 1958), is an American musician and entertainer whose successful music career and controversial personal life have been at the forefront of pop culture for the last quarter-century.

This was now so noticeable that the entire press, not just tabloids, took out widespread coverage on it and some tabloid stories claimed that Jackson had bleached his own skin. Jackson, however, claimed that his changing skin color is due to the skin disorder vitiligo whilst on The Oprah Winfrey Show. In the interview Jackson states that his skin was first overall black with white spots which he used to put make-up on in order to hide it. But later, some time after Thriller his skin became increasingly white with black spots, for that reason he started using white make-up in order to cover the black spots.

I think Michael is in his late 40's, 48 or something like that. I dont think anyone will ever know exactly what happened to his skin unless he tells it personally. There are so many rumors and so much gossip that it is hard to tell what to believe. He was (is) a good singer and dancer. He may not be a bad person either, it could have been and probably was all media hype.

No i dont like him hes trying to get out of being class with all us blacks as a black and he had his skin color changed but it has backed fired on him and thats why he has to go out side under an unbrella or he'll get sun burned.. It just goes to show you that race is more than skin deep . Micheal will always be black no matter what color his skin is..He is big time stupid in my book !!

M.J. is in his late 40's.
He lives in the Middle East....he no longer lives in the U.S.
Both. He does have a skin disease. Although it is rare disease, M.J. has it. If you recall, he wore one glove on his right hand in the 80's....that was used as a custom prop but also to cover up his skin. In addition, he decided to bleach his skin as well...to coer up the disease.
