A friend gave me a 3 man hot tub. I have no idea how to hook up the motor, heater or the filter. I can not find a brand name on the tub . Please help?

I assume you mean a hot tub. Get an electrician! Water and electricity are a dangerous mix, and there are many complicated safety codes for hot tub installations. Not a DIY job.

your question is a little vague. But as I have installed one I will give you thee basics. First choose your location carefully. As it will be there for a long time. You will need a concrete slab that is 6 to 8 inches thick with re-bar on twenty four inch centers running both directions, making two foot squares. (Make sure the re-bar is not touching the ground.) You can buy some little square blocks of called Dolbies to do this. Make sure to check the building codes in your area. As some require a footing. The slab must be "level" Next to the slab you must drive a Nine foot copper rod All the way down till there is only about two or three inches above ground. This is the most important part of the job. You must attach a ground wire to this rod to prevent ELECTROCUTION! Once you have th tub in place, make sure all the connections (pipe) inside are tight. fill it up and turn it on.
