I am amazed at the bare faced cheek of these people.

Frankly I think they must be paid agents of American hating countries.

It's funny. I have a ton of liberal friends and only 1 or 2 conservative ones. And the only one of the bunch who was immoral was the conservative one (he's now an ex-friend, due to his behavior). He hit his wife. He didn't pay taxes. He drove without insurance. He ran up massive debts, while making no plans to save for retirement (not immoral, but certainly irresponsible).

And while doing all of this, he would lecture about me about how great the Republicans are because they understood people could take care of themselves. When I pointed out that he in fact had done a lousy job of taking care of himself, he'd get pissed off.

I think some people either lack a moral center or are actually immoral. These people are the ones most drawn to religion, because then they can blame their actions on "the devil", while finding eternal forgiveness for all their misdeeds. They then feel the need to lecture everyone else about morality, because they are speaking from firsthand experience. The problem is, their true nature often gets revealed (such as when all the Congressmen trying to crucify Clinton were revealed to be having affairs of their own), and their hypocrisy is laid bare.

I have the video of the morals and values of the House of Representatives from the Majority Neocon leadership. Hastert, Foley and the rest that are in charge of the Country.

Cause for the most part I am convinced people who consider themselves moral conservatives can't read - especially the Constitution and Bill of Rights!

Conservatives talking about morality is like a murderer talking about the santictity of life.

Whatever are you talking about?

We are more moral than you people. We don't abide liars, adulterers, perverts, criminals, murderers, bigots, etc.

WE forced Nixon to resign, you prevented Clinton from having to pay for his crimes. We would never elect a known drunken adulterous murdering (ok, manslaughtering) criminal liar like you do. We don't support traitors, KKKers, corrupt liars, etc, like you do.

It's the human condition for everybody to be imperfect, and the GOP and conservatives have no less sin than anybody else. But we do not celebrate and laud people who lie, cheat, steal, discriminate, kill, or commit treason like you people do. That's morality, bucko.

You tolerate corruption; we do not.

And that makes us better and more moral than you. :)

The Democrats being upset by the conservatives lack of morality is the pot calling the kettle black. Don't Dems want to leave morality out of elections? As it's a personal belief? Then why keep talking about it?

Conservatives don't hate America and neither do liberals. All of you who think that are so far off the boat you can't even get back if you wanted to.

I can't take the cons talking about morality seriously any more than I could the KKK trying to talk about tolerance.
