According to the tests conducted by other counties such as China, USA, South Korea and Japan no radio activity fall out can be detected in North Korea suggesting that no Nuclear weapons were tested. Would that make Kim Jung Il the world's biggest fool?

Every body knows that the test was underground and that is why the scientists who know how this works must conduct tests to detect radioactivity which is produced and detectable even when done very deep underground. Jeez, doesn't everybody know this?

The only thing that was actually detected on the day of the test was seismic activity caused by a large explosion. Tons of dynamite would have the same effect except that there would be no extra radio activity in the area.

i do no longer think of the be conscious could be 'hypercritical' yet truthfully a 'closed' communist usa like North Korea , with their new chief , desirous to coach his muscle , could be a intense undertaking to non violent neighbours which includes South Korea. If this 'close society' does not have self belief in international family members on the worldwide degree , they might desire to a minimum of be demanded to attend a United international locations emergency assembly to respond to questions. the rationalization why some mature , democratic and non violent international locations have their own nuclear deterents is purely for that - to deter rogue states which includes NK from putting a nuclear armed weapon into yet another usa for no obvious reason. the worldwide is watching the Communist State very heavily.

There was seismic activity detected in Japan. Anyway I somehow believe it's true because North Korea went from developing nuclear weapons to having nuclear weapons to testing all sorts of stuff.

Do you get "fall out" from under ground testing?

Here's the deal: Saddam said he didn't have WMD's. North Korea sees that Bush went in anyway, while most likely fabricating evidence to suggest there were WMD's hidden.

North Korea sees that they could get attacked even if they DON'T have them, therefore, it would behoove them to go ahead and have them, and or at least, fake that they do.

Jung doesn't want to be shown on international television with Americans pulling him out of a spider hole and then picking through his hair like monkeys checking for lice.

I'd be pretending I had WMD's too if Bush was on the loose.

I would think it is. Kim Jung is very demented and delusional. He may just be trying to ignite a war or arguments. The fact of the matter is that they posses the ability to create them and they do have them.

Of course they could have just done an underground test, which would make YOU the world's biggest fool.

Bush keeps spreading crap like that, just like trying to reduce the numbers of Iraqis he has killed in the war...

The tricks are going to come back and bite him in the rear... Like he could use another

It was tested in underground tunnels. However, it wasn't anything major but the fear is that they will try and try again until they perfect it.

good question, seems like there is no increased radio activity, or at least nothing in the news, so I sez either it failed or is big hoax
