u can go for it,,, but mind u if u promise just fullfill them coz practical life is diffrent from the life which u have now,,,

How about you date first!!! Marriage is not something you should rush into (despite the whole Vegas trend going on in Hollywood). 22 is young and you really do not need to rush to settle down. Watch Sex and the City and see how much fun they all have dating around. Be smart, ok? Don't do something you'll regret later!

If you know that he is your chosen one than i think you should go ahead.If you are 4 years together and have a happy relationship than i'm sure he will be nice surprised.
But, you also must know until now what he wants , so it cant be so hard to take this decision.
Also woman propose, why not!
