Why not!! Friendship is ok at any age. Just for your sake make sure that this young man understands that is all it is or will be.
Its great to have younger friends. I personally think it gives you an ego boost just to have someone to talk to that looks up to you.
So long as your both in agreement that you will be "just friends" and you hold to that I see no reason for a problem
