my outlookexpress is asking for password whenver i tryu to send message i have forgooten the password and my service providser is not answering pls help me

Of course it's your responsibility to be careful with your passwords, BUT it is also your email provider's responsibility to ensure you get the service you pay for.

Thus, if you call them and of course pass their security procedures, they should be able to reset your password. If not, change providers!
