I've just checked the house price trend at the website home.co.uk, and found that the house price in Croydon has fallen during the past year. Could anyone confirm this? I think of buying an apartment there, so this trend worries me.

never in your life ..forget that all to gather ..at no time the houses will drop in value ..they may freeze at some point for a short while only..but never falling
