I went out and bought Strike Force Bowling for my PS2 but when I brought it home, it wouldn't work. Every other game I have works, so I know it's not my ps. It also kind of looks wierd. The back is blue instead of silver. What does this mean? I wasn't gievn a reciept and if I was, I have no clue where it's at. Did I get ripped off? Why is it blue and why won't it play?

Thanks.

blue disc is just another format gaming companies used like its a cd rom format and the silver disc is dvd format but older systems had trouble with blue disc cause of the balance of the disc so it wont spin evenly and this causes not to read. you can have your system adjusted but i dont know where at or could try seaching the web for a forum that can tell you how use scotch tape to balance the disc out

do you have one of the older model ps2's? if so that might be your problem.. my brother had one of the older models and i have one of the newer models... and a couple of the new games wouldn't play in the old one.. they were catching while it was trying to spin the disc.. most games were fine, it was just a few of the newer ones.

It seems that you have the blue 'disc read error' This happened to me. Have a read of this article: http://arstechnica.com/articles/paedia/hardware/ps2.ars

I used to have this problem and I know how frustrating it can be.
