There are certain creams out there but I can't say how they work.

I am clinical pharmacist.
TRAMADOL is more effective than other drugs such antidepressants.
It can prolong duration of intercourse for at least 30 min.
For best result ;
Take 75mg tramadol tab. 3 hrs before and 50mg sildenafil(viagra) 0.5 hr before intercourse.
This way is safe if u havnt any heart problem or mental disease.

I've never used a cream but there are condoms that make you last longer, they will probly be easier to find.
Can't tell you a brand cause I don't live in the US.
