If it is not listed in Control Panel's Add/Remove Programs, then open your browser, click on View/Toolbars and uncheck the one you don't want to see anymore.

You may uninstall the toolbar program from the 'Add/Remove Programs' list. There is another way as well -
If you use Mozilla Firefox, go to View - Toolbars and uncheck the tick sign for the relevant toolbar. Same goes for Internet Explorer.

Right click on any of the toolbars. Find the name of the toolbar you want to remove and click it. This should remove the toolbar from your window.
