if a girl is 14 and her boyfriend is 16 they date for 2 years and she gets pregnant when he is 18 and she is then 16 is it still considered illegal in the state of texas

I think it is unless you have parental consent..

I snipped this from an attorney's website. It was written by Vincent Imhoff and Sapana Shah:
In Texas, for instance, the age of consent is 17 and the minimum age of child is 14 with an age differential of 3 years; thus, individuals who are at least 14 years of age can legally engage in sexual activities if the defendant is less than 3 years older than the accuser (Texas Penal Code § 22.011(a)(2)).

So seems like it is not illegal if there is less than three years difference in their ages. I think this is usually treated as a matter for the discretion of the girl's parents also.

Texas age of consent is 17, but in some states there's a clause to 2 years, if she's 15 and he's 17 it's ok. you'd have to do more research to find out, the websites aren't opening for me.

under age is what it is ....it dont matter how long you dated before you turned 18 ...your 18 you are an adult and she is not
