Definitely do go out! Once baby comes, then you will be in pseudo-hibernation for a while. How about the ol' dinner and a movie thing? That way you can talk and then relax without too much effort on either of your parts (that whole pregnancy thing is soooo tiring!) Have fun!

just cook her a lovely home made dinner and treat her to a movie watching at home which is her favourite plus put on the song you both loved and ask her to dance with you, like the frist time you met her. and ask her during dinner how is her day and is there anything she would like to be done around your place, like iron clothes etc. and the other choice is boo a weekend away to a hotel in your city and let it take care of the cooking etc while you and your wife could relz in the spy while enjoying the scene.. good luck

Just have fun. Just like you did before the kids. But start much earlier in the evening than you did when you where younger.

Do whatever it is she likes most, her fave place to eat, go on a walk, go to the movies, stay home and watch movies while snuggling
