Yes you can, and it's not wrong; just don't be too fast and try to make a move on him. You just gotta find out the way to let him know your feelings without damaging your friendship, then you'll know if he could correspond you back. Who knows, may be he might have feeling for you too.

It's not wrong but its kinda weird if he just sees u as a friend, but i mean u can't help who u like...So good luck w/him!!

sure you can honey, it is completely normal, especially if you spend alot of time together, and he makes you laugh and plays around with you, sure....just be careful how you approach the situation, could become very akward, just be patient and try to find out if he feels the same foryou.... good luck
