Please suggest whether I should do appear for GATE for doing my M.Tech or search for software engineer job. If you suggest me for M.Tech which branch will be best for getting good placement in good company. Kindly suggest me please

1.If u want to be an academic person then go for MTech and PHD.
2.If u want to earn money and progress in life then go for job,work for 2 years and then try to go to US with u r work assignment, if u can't then go to US for MS and after finishing the study become an NRI!!!
Remember one thing that if u have skill and experience then also u can get a good job but if u have degree and no skill and experience then the world is dark.

It is better now to try job has there is great scope then doing M.tech.Good luck
