My eyelid twitches when I am going through times of stress. It's actually a pretty common sign of stress.

I think it has to do with fatigue. My right eyelid has been twitching all week.

It's either fatigue or stress.

When it happens to me I just put a bag of ice over my eyes at night for bout 10 mins just before faling asleep. Do it a couple of days and it will go away.

Don't worry, it's normal and not dangerous.

When this happens I do eye exercises to about 2 days and it goes away. Eyes left and right, up and down, and in circles. 10 repetitions each exercise in each direction, at least one set of exercises, preferably 3 sets.

I had this happen to me for about 4 months leading to my wedding. It's stress, nerves, and fatigue.

As soon as my wedding was over...like, literally, 2 hours....it never happened again!

Just relax, get some sleep, and whatever is causing stress in your life, get rid of it.

This happens to me when I'm really tired. I know that it might mean other things, but if you've had little rest lately... maybe that's why?
