I always use two rinses of shampoo then apply my conditioner. If it is a normal conditioner, I leave it in my hair while a wash the rest of my body, then rinse it out. If its an intensive conditioner I leave it on for about 15 minutes with either a hot towel or cling film rapped round my head to increase the heat. This allows for the conditioner to really penetrate your hair and leave it in great condition. If your really brave, once you've rinsed the conditioner away, follow with a rinse of cold water, this gives your hair an amazing shine and gloss.
Hope this helps xxx

It all depends on what kind of conditioner you are using. Some of them are 3 to 5 minute conditioners therefore you should leave them in for 3 to 5 minutes. Others are just regular conditioners that you just apply and rinse off right away. Those just surface condition. Just read the label on the bottle and follow the directions. If you really want a good conditioning I would recommend that you buy a 3 to 5 min conditioner. They work better. Never just rinse halfway...it causes build up on your hair.

It depends. Read the bottle as some call for rinsing and others are "leave in" conditioners.

It depends on the conditioner. I swim alot here in sunny Florida, so I condition my hair after washing with a rinse out conditioner, then I treat it with a leave in conditioner, called Infusium23, which has 23 different vitimans to treat split ends or dry hair caused by sun, ocean and chlorine damage.
Bye

I leave it in for 2 or 3 minutes then rinse it all out. Unless you buy a leave in then of course you leave it on!

Rinse it all out. If you don't your hair will be greasy. It's says it on the bottle.
