How do you install a chain link fence over concrete?
How do you install a chain link fence over dry concrete. I have been looking for some sort of anchors but with no luck. Is there a different way to do it, besides braking the concrete?

The only way I can think of may take a little work. Find a piece of pipe a little bigger than the post cut it about 10 inches long weld a plate on the bottom. Then drill a hole through it into the concrete ( I would use a large bolt) anchor that to the concrete set your post in the "cup" and secure it by drilling a couple of holes through the cup and pipe and bolting it in.

Good Luck

Drill holes with a carbide concrete drill bit.Three to four inches away from the edge of the cement. Drive in anchors and install post with "L" brackets on three sides. Make sure the "L" brackets are strong enough to hold up the fence. (Not recommended for high fences.)

Go to just about any rental place and rent what is called a core drill. There not to big to handle, usually have two wheels like a dolly set it up where you want your hole and core drill it, set post and then fill in around it with more concrete. Easy, fairly clean to use and I think you will be pleased with the final results. Good Luck.

Rent a core drill. Or you can pick up some floor plates a a plumbing supply. they are round with holes for anchors and a large threaded hole in the middle to accept threaded pipe.

Rent a core drill large enough to handle your posts. Maybe larger, then fill the void around the post with a pour in quick set cement patch compound.

just cut holes big enough for you to auger holes for the poles, and then refill them while setting your poles
