A medical opinion stated that unless there is severe pain (there's no pain), then this will heal on its own, but it will just take longer. And also that I should walk on it a little each day, but just not too much. It feels like it's improving. First I had numbness in my big toe
and a sort of electric shock feeling on the bottom of my foot, but as of now I only have it a little bit in my toe, especially when I wake up. Anyone ever had this happen before ? I want to follow this advice, but would feel more comfortable knowing that it's normal for it to take a while.

the same thing happened to me, i will take a while to heal

but: caution: if you bang it, it will totally mess things up. it will take longer to heal, plus the pain will be worse.YOU DO NOT WANT TO BANG IT common sense
