Dictionary.com's definition if feminine:
"1. pertaining to a woman or girl: feminine beauty; feminine dress.
2. having qualities traditionally ascribed to women, as sensitivity or gentleness. "
Yup...I'm always feminine according to #1 (as I am a woman) and most of the time with regard to #2 (frequently sensitive and gentle...but not all the time).

sex is a biological aspect, whether you have a penis or a vagina.
femininity and masculinity are purely social standards.
Being feminine is different in every country, culture and even household. How you walk, talk eat, dress and present yourself in public has a lot to do with being feminine. So, it depends on what you think feminine is. Personally, i believe it's irrelevant what you think, how you are is pretty obvious in your actions.

That would depend on your definition. If you are speaking generally and not scientifically then "femininity" being a state of mind means that by thinking you are makes you so (I think, therefore I am).

Depends wat u mean......like i am a girl....so yea.....but i am not a girly girl...in fact i barly wear make up and i dont care wat guys think i look like in case im out on a date.....
