Go to Yahoo (or wherever you want the new address) and sign up just like you did for the first one. You can have as many e-mail address with Yahoo as you want. No special process for creating additional e-mail addresses.

Go to the sign in page at yahoo or any other email server and click on the "register" link. You can have as many email addresses as you want.

I suggest emailing all your contacts and letting them know about your new email address, but keeping the old one. This way whenever you fill out a form on any given webpage you can use the old address for all that unwanted junkmail.

Contact your internet service provider. Tell them you want a new e-mail address and to cancel your old one.
Then you will have to send your new address to the people you wish to remain in contact with.
