A few more than the women who do; providing it was this way from the beggining of time. If however, zap-albra- cadabra ... men could get pregnant ... well many of them would freak out and get an abortion because it's too freaky and abnormal (early abortions).

Other things would have to change in the man's body to accomodate the baby. His aggression levels would have to drop (testosterone), and he'd have to receive more nurturing hormone levels (estrogen) ... and then there'd be very little difference between men & women ... we'd be like frogs (giggle).

I think that maybe a few more than women today, because, many times the man is the one that WANTS the baby, while the woman doesn't, however i do think that the number of abortions would be bigger because of the many men that have commitment issues and don't want to get away from the bachelor life they are having, it would increase in a 15% more or less...

I think this question is impossible to answer, because whether men got pregnant instead of women, or whether both men and women were able to carry children, society would have evolved in a vastly different manner from what we have now. I mean, think about it - how many little prejudices are still allowed to exist on the basis that women are the ones who make babies?

Because I'm a big ol' snark, I suspect that if men got pregnant and women didn't, then our society would be exactly as it is now - effectively the names would have flip-flopped and that's it. If we were all hermaphroditic...that'll take some rumination.

I don't think that I would get an abortion, but can you really imagine a man being pregnant?

I have a female cousin who is a feminist and her idea for population control (if it were possible, but it's not) was for every other child a couple has to be borne by the man...that way, no couple would have more than 3, because she figured a guy wouldn't go through pregnancy/labor/childbirth more than once...lol!

Can't say I disagree with her...but then I'm a chick and I don't want to go through it at all (and have avoided it thus far)...

Interesting. Men do not have the stamina to go to term. Would they abort or would they become crybabies and put their wives through hell until after the delivery?

Perhaps none... Men like to be 'the heroes'. There's some bugs out there, they inseminate their female bugs and then they get eaten by them, basically they pay with their life for sex... so... I think men live for the moment. I think they would load up on birth control though... Just so they can enjoy sex longer. hahahaha!

The abortion rate would be very low. They would be popping birth control pills like candy to prevent it!

LOL well that's a good question! But I think there is no reason to worry about it because unless there is a scientific break through It will not happen!

I guess many. Which leads to the question, if Tonica Blairinsky would have abortions.
