A real estate agent says real estate space can only be rented by daily ( at a minimum ).

There are services that offer "Executive Suites" for a monthly fee. You pay them a set amount each month, and in return, you can book office space at their locations, typically in hourly, daily or weekly increments. How much you have to pay each month depends how frequently you need to use one of their offices.

That sounds too much like prostitution. Best to go with a bigger budget.
