Disable third-party browser extensions in Internet
Explorer
1. Click Start, Run, and type inetcpl.cpl. [or control inetcpl.cpl]
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Under Browsing, clear the Enable third-party browser extensions
(requires restart) check box.
4. Restart Internet Explorer.

Did you exit all active programs before installing IE 7? Uninstall IE 7. If you created a restore point before installing IE, roll back your computer to a time before IE 7 was installed. The latest version of IE 7 is RC 1(release candidate 1). The final version is expected to be released this month. There are no major changes from RC 1 to the final version. So, if you have problems with RC 1 then you might also have problems with the final version. Hold off reinstalling IE 7 until the final version is available. Maybe, they will fix the bug which is stopping you from using IE 7.

As IE7 is in Beta and that means that it will have bugs
Its best for you to uninstall or system restore before Intalling IE7
