i bought this sweater at a thrift store and i like it but i'm wondering what if i'm walking around in a woman's sweater without knowing it. This is a dumb question, i know.

look at the cut. If it has broad shoulders and a thinner middle it may be for a woman. But if it is square it is cut for a guy. The length of the arms may also be different. Normally if it looks like it could be neutral it probably is. If you like it and it fits your body type ...then keep it!

I'd say the style, picture and the colour shows it. If there's no obvious difference, it's unisex.
