To prevent acne scars, it is important not to break the pimple and let it break and heal by itself. When we break it it leaves behind a small crater and forms a black hole.

To reduce acne, try avoiding oily and fatty starchy foods. Drink lots of water, eat fruits and lots of green vegetable.

If you are talking about blackheads, which is a totally different thing then maybe you should consider first is it worth the trouble. Improper blackhead removal can cause skin damage and more pimples. To manage blackheads, you can use steam on your face and then scrub it with an apricot scrub. This will help in removing the easy to remove blackheads. The tough ones should be left alone.

Use bleach cream that has hydroquinone in it including black and white cream at walgreens. Hydroquinone decreases the formation of melanin interior the floor. Melanin is the pigment in pores and skin that provides it a brown colour.
