I'm not having any luck guys. And almost all services are not free. Are there any FREE services that I could use?
I'm not doing this for myself, I'm helping someone I don't even know to find her long lost relatives. So I don't want to spend any money on it if possible.

I use Internet switchboard white pages.
It usually gets an answer while some of the other ones just claim they can't find it and offer to sell you an extra cost service to try again.

go to Yahoo home page, click on "more yahoo choices." Select People search...it's now just a matter of following the steps to enter the info...good luck
