iv'e had to stop picking my nose !

Boogas are formed when deposits accumulate especially along the side of the nose from the conchae (inner nose shelves).
Sometimes as you pick them you may accidentally jolt the conchae or overscrape into the nose itself.
that is the cause for the bleeding. however, it does no harm because the blood is venous. no trouble at all

What are "boogas?
Are they similar to apples or oranges? Do you pick them from trees, or what?
Where and when does the nose bleeds come into the matter?

Most people wash their noses out in the shower then blow it and clean it with tissue. Picking your nose with your fingers is a good way to spread germs and cause sinus infections.

OK, first of all you got a nasty habit so stop it.
Second, you are probably bursting the tiny blood vessels in your nose as you are picking it.

no yet there is sturdy rationalization why!!!! as quickly as i became watching somebody picking their nostril all heavy like that and their nostril truthfully began to bleed i became 9 so yeah i became traumatized
