I got a old music box that belong to my great grandma. My Mom give it to me along time ago and now I want to get it restore so I can give it back to my Mom. ( My Mom was really close to her grandma. ) I want to know is any place I can take it too or can I call anyone to get it fix.

As far as the inner workings, look up a local watch/clock repair person near you. A family run or an older person would be your best bet. The workings are similar to that of a clock/watch. The outside depending on what is made of can be restored - carefully- like an antuque piece of furniture.
