is there such a thing as good luck or bad luck?

Yes. Like being at the right place at the right time. Or being at the wrong place at the wrong time. During 9/11 we heard a lot of stories of people either getting killed or saved based on some amount of luck.

Would you call it luck if you fell down stairs and broke your leg or would you call it luck if you found lots of money.
Depends on how you look at it NOW if a car just missed you that would be lucky but if it hit you that is unlucky.
So yes there is bad and good luck or if you prefer close encounters with fate.

I think you make your own luck, if you are positive good things will happen and if you are negative then you will expect bad things to happen
