You need to get your parents involved. First, take a picture of the lip. Your parents should be pressing criminal charges of assault & battery. The police department will work with the school system, along with social services - to look into the other child's behavior, and the other child's family life.
If you are mature enough to post this, then you are mature enough to take these steps. If your parents are unwilling, then it's up to you to do this.

aww that's so sad. You have got to tell your mother so it can be dealt with quickly. Normal children who do not grow up with a brother or sister with ADHD don't understand how he is. I understand because my youngest son has ADHD and I know they look like right little stinkers to the rest of the world, but I know they cannot control what they do. Is he taking his medication properly? Mum might need to make sure he is taking it. I know it seems like dobbing or tattling, but it needs to be done. Mum will understand and if you tell her and then tell her that whatever she does, it needs to be done as quietly as possible because the other kids will pick harder on him if they know someone tattled, she will be delicate. I hope everything goes well for you and your brother.

This is a really sore subject for me. I HATE bullying! My brother was picked on all through out school. From elementary up through high school. He is now 25 years old and suffers from major depression and is suicidal. I knew about some of the bullying, and I wish now that I had done something to stop it, but I didn't.(I'm 2 years older than him) I would suggest that you try anything and everything to make it stop, or else he may wind up really messed up by it if not dead. Bullying is nothing to joke about. It's not just a "kids will be kids" sort of thing. I have 3 small children and if they ever bully anyone I will beat the crap out of them. And if they are ever bullyed by anyone I will go to jail for beating the crap out of a little 10 year old. I will not stand for it. Schools will not do anything about it, so you have to do it yourself.

If your brother went back home yesterday and he told you that he was beaten up in school, then you have to take necessary action as soon as possible,i advise you to listen on his side of story but don't believe him 100% first...what you have to do is to go down in school and report to the guidance office about the incident, since it was happened in school they are the one who have right to resolve the problem w/c had happened in their premises. When everyone involved came in the office don't get hysterical once you see the one who beaten your brother, what you have to do is to listen in their both conversation, from there you can able to determine who are telling the truth, once you found out that your brother was innocent...then take action, asked them to answers in everything, bring your brother to a doctor as he might have some internal pain or something, ask them to pay for it. Also ask the other party not to touch or bully your brother anymore, warn them that next time you are going to report to the authority once this incident will going to happen again.......BUT if the story goes other way round, this time upon investigation you finally found out that it was your brother who committed the mistakes.....then you have to bear all the other party's quest and summon........May your brother did not created the trouble he been through....Good luck!

You easily might want to report the incident to the police and report a offender criticism hostile to all 3 females. you need to also examine including your lawyer to work out what legal responsibility their mom and father have consequently of the wear and tear and tear their minor babies have finished on your newborn. (In Massachusetts there is parental legal responsibility as a lot as $5,000.00) you need to sue them for damages after the offender court situations are concluded or sue them as we talk if proceedings aren't to any extent further issued or the DA brooms the case. do no longer enable the different mom and father whose babies are bullies. get up on your daughter as we talk even as it concerns maximum that you benefit this. Neither you nor she might want to tolerate any bullying now or contained in the destiny. strong success!

the best thing to do would be to talk to the principal and tell them what is going on...and then talk to all of his teachers.. but if it were my little brother i would go directly to those punks and tell them a little something and then teach my brother how to defend himself against them.....
