I have not yet ever used WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER - WHERE CAN I GET A STEP BY STEP EASY GUIDE ?

Please do not refer me to the "Help" option as I did not find it very friendly. And one other thing please : Could I buy a hardcopy of these guides (instructions) how to use windows Media player as I hate to stay for long reading text from my monitor. Many thanks .
