Agree... but if you never allow yourself to be swept off your feet then you'll never experience love. Being rejected or "dropped" is a risk we all have to take if we want to find our 'true love'.

That is true, but that doesn't mean there aren't some great guys out there who live up to their word.

Women just need to be a bit more in control of what they are willing to accept or not accept and not put up with crap that makes them unhappy just becuase they fell in love with the "potential" of a guy.

Love is definitely a gamble, but the best mindset is that just as you can stop loving him, he can stop loving you. However, if when you meet someone, you become their friend, their confidant and their lover, it is much harder to disengage. Too many people get into relationships and begin as lovers and walk away as enemies.

If you really get under a brother's skin, he won't want to breathe without you and if you're real about your feelings you won't want to breathe without him either.

that is a great quote, and always remember that in any relationship the man is always in that position. I think if more women felt like you, that a man is in the predominent sex and is always in control, more families would succeed..good girl..
