There are a number of clubs that will be great on New Years, there are three venues I would suggest, this is Area, Fire and Crash...depending what you are into, but you do say your into lots of fun! These clubs have excellent DJ's and are generally open till the next day, like lunch time when you can go somewhere else.
If you are into something a little lighter you could goto Heaven or G-A-Y, which has a younger crowd.

G-A-Y is the biggest and the best! I am sure you'll need to book tickets in advance for New Year's Eve though.
