It all depends on three things. Location, Location, Location. That is why I am moving from Maryland and going back to Chicagoland area. Too expensive locale that I am in now. I do have a slight advantage though and that is my job and salary are comparable across the country.

do you have a flatmate ?a loan may not be a bad thing if you use it to pay off debts , car , pay a years worth of insurance whatever . the trick is not to get a small loan many people think that a loan for a few thousand will be fine , but then they are in the same position only now with a bank loan so that's worse . get a loan for a large enough amount as to pay all your debts off and still have money to put in the bank to cushion your loan payments .

I was below the poverty level.
I started working part jobs along with my low paying full time job.
For years, I worked 12 hours a day for 7 days a week. I saved and invested
I escaped the Democrat Plantation and ended up with a good life.
Good luck.

Get a better job, or get a second job. Decrease your bottom line. How is it that I was able to buy a 120,000 house making 14.50 an hour at a retail store?
I have had it for a year. Still going good.
I would reccomend never using credit cards. They are a tender trap.

Hard to get by in the first few years, that is very true.
Normally, things ease up when you share expenses, and start earning promotions.
Don't get a loan, simply tighten your budget. It will improve, you'll see. Keep your eyes open for better opportunities and vacancies too...Hang in there...
