Unless there are some Indian Rules preventing a 23 year old from marrying, I don't see why not. How old is the guy and does he want to marry you?

Irrespective of where, when, how you were born, you can marry the boy you love. I think you are getting concerned about astrology etc.
I dont think you should give any thought to it. Astrology has no scientific basis and is just a legacy our society hasnt been able to get rid of.
Educated people should stop thinking abotu such silly things.

You must be of age to marry anybody you like. Special concerns in India could make this more difficult, I guess, but legally you must have the right to chose by yourself by now.

myself ramesh. so u in lov?? and u want to marry?? its good but u hav to see many thing. because u can be blind in lov. u hav to see its post effects.u hav to see that whether Ur lover really lovs u or it is just for saying or showing?? u hav to see that if u hav any younger sister i dint know Ur marriage will affect her marriage in future,u hav to see whether Ur parents will accept it or not Ur in laws reactions?? suppose u got marry and after that u lose Ur parents or Ur mom or dad became ill u lost any. now u ans me can u got another parents??certainly no.
