She was 21 and it caused a BIG rukus in politics, people wanted her free and of course she looked flustered, the authorities in the other country wanted her to spend like 10 years in jail,

They prosecuted her and she is either still in jail or just released. I believe it was in Thailand that she was prosecuted.
