I have so much that I have had to innovate a way of getting it all in there.

What I did to store lettuce, cabbage and the like is to individually punch holes in the leaves and place them in a ringbinder in the fridge. File Cabbage under 'C', iceberg under 'I' and so on.

Simple, effective and space saving, I am thinking of patenting the idea - would you buy it?

Very organized Ichi, you can start practicing in my fridge, maybe you can come up with something for my pantry as well... canned foods might be a problem... unless you have a drill and some glue

Only if you also patent a machine to make holes in the leaves like really fast and without making a mess. I can think of better use of my time than punching holes in... well anything. For instance, finding something I actually have in my fridge for every letter I'd put on the ringbinder.

Umm I have the limp remnants of and english oak lettuce, it is almost payday. But on payday our fridge is always chockers with vegetables. My best vegetable is my V8 juice. I am the only one in my house who eats veges so I have to get my fortnights veges somewhere. V8 juice is better than coffee.
