What it is?? Its like hairspray but its suppose to be for ure face and makes ure makeup stay on longer... its not makeup spray... its clear and you jus spray on ure face before u leave

Sally Hansen makes one. All you do is spray it on your hands and apply it to your face. I really don't see the concept of it, since now Maybelline has the Dream Matte Mousse foundation, which is kind of the same lightweight idea. Now when you say a clear one, it sounds like it is just a type of makeup stay. You really don't need that nowadays with long wearing, non smudging foundations. Revlon Colorstay foundations work really well and you don't need that extra step.
