I think they all bring a certain amount of bias to both their coverage of individual events and their choice of what to cover. I believe a person has to look at a number of news outlets (conservative and liberal, thank god for the internet !) to get a comprehensive view of what's going on.

I prefer Fox News, they say they are fair and balalnced.
Look for FSTV (Free speech TV) or Link for good coverage around the world.
Also PBS has some good shows as well. You may enjoy Independent Lens.

reuters just give the news - but mainly business oriented.

...... yea matt they SAY they're fair and balanced, but if you actually watch their programing and have half a brain, it's not hard to see that they're pretty right-wing biased.

Check out www.fair.org, fairness and accuracy in reporting. they try to keep network bias in check. you can even listen to their show counterspin.
