Fetuses are like humans. They have days of active behavior and days of down time. It is still early in your pregnancy and most women don't have fetal movement until the 20th week. You're a lucky one! I started feeling movement right around my 16th week. I went a day or 2 feeling tiny movements and some days feeling none. I am now 24 weeks and my son has active days and down time. Its nothing to be worried about. Talk with your doctor about your concerns and I am sure he/she will say something similar to this. Good Luck with your baby!

Around 20 ish weeks i started feeling a lot of movement like butterflys. As far as weight everyone is different. I have only gained 20 lbs the whole time and i'm 34 weeks. LOL yeah i've had a lot of weird cravings. Egg rolls, and sour patch watermelons have been my favorites! Good luck momma!

The first few times you feel the baby move will be few and far between. the baby has to be in "just the right spot". you won't feel more consistent movement for another 3-4 weeks. Everything's fine... the baby moves around in uterus so much that you will only detect a handful of the movements it makes.

I'm 28 weeks and I went for an ultrasound on monday. We saw the baby stretching out and pushing around and I didn't feel any of it. it all depends on his/her position.

you'll get more used to it as weeks go on. Enjoy it! :)

yeah sometimes this can happen cause you might be doing alot during the day and you might not feel the baby cause when you walk you are rocking your baby to sleep. most of the time babies start to get really active at night. if you are really worried go to the hospital and they will listen to the baby for a wile and make sure that everything is ok. don't be embarrassed to go you are just making sure the baby is well. good luck with it all and dont forget, try not to stress to much. ;-)

Yes. You'll start to feel more movement within the next month. You'll also start noticing a sleeping and waking schedule for the baby. And just wait until your baby gets the hiccups..... best wishes!

you probably didn't feel the baby @16 weeks more than likely it was gas so don't be scared and if you truly think something is wrong call the doctor . i think yahoo has a pregnancy calender that will allow you to track you development and will tell you things you should be experiencing . best wishes

Give it a month or two. You'll feel all kinds of movement. You're only 16 weeks.

16 weeks is early to feel fetal movment so if you do not feel it for a while again its probally just the baby is not ready to kick you again. lol just call your doctor and tell them what you are not feeling and see if they want you to come in. goodluck and congrats.

I think it's better you go and check a dockter. in a pregnacy you can never be carefull enough. i gave birth to 3 children and each pregnancy was diffrent.
so pleas go and check, it can be nothing but you can better be carefull and not wait to long.
Take care.
