My ankles.
I just hate laying on my back, both legs straight up and trace the alphabet twice in the air with my feet. It burns so....but is wonderful to strengthen my ankle stability, flexibility.
Sound easy? Try it.

My arms... they are SO wimpy!! My upper boy has never been nearly as strong as my lower body. I could leg press all day, but lifting weights, even small ones, is so freaking hard for me! I do it anyway though, I like my skinny little arms to at least have some definition.

2. Thighs, not to make them buff, but just a little defined
3. Lower abs, being a woman those ab muscles are very hard to tone,
I enjoy working out, but some ares I dread working out.

My belly is the worst for I have a busted tailbone & I cannot do sit-ups properly. It hurts. I do other exercises tho, but not the same.
