Alright,I'm 5 feet and 2 inches tall.(Still growing)

With women (and I know you don't want to hear this) it REALLY depends on body type, height, etc... For example, a woman who is 5' and has 13" arms is going to look VERY DIFFERENT from a woman who is 5'10" who has 13" arms. Besides, who decides what is IDEAL? Just ask Sir Mix-a-lot. If you are just doing this for research purposes, I have heard of the measurements for a guy (nicely done out in a marble statue back in the ancient times), but have never heard specifics for a woman.

Well It depends on your height. There isnt anything true about big boned or small boned. Based on your height we all have the same bone structure underneath. Dr's have done enough x rays to prove it. Take your measurements .. do a BMI - body mass index, you can find them online and that will tell you if you are ideal or not. You can also go to a fitness club if you are a member and they will measure you and tell you.

It really depends on your height. For example, someone who is 5' 2" isn't going to have the same ideal measurements as someone who is 5' 9".

What is your body style, type? R U athletic? Exercise with weights? Go to a sight like Fitness Magazine, or check out mags at a store & skim thru them till ya find an article on it. Ask your doc for a measurement chart. I could go on & on.
