I've been watching it since it started, but I've had to catch up in the past. Anyway, the one that you might know who's been on it from the beginning is Carrie. She might not have been on yesterday's episode though. After her I think the one that's been there the longest might either be Mekhi Pheifer or Maura Teirney (Abby)'s characters. Most of them have been on it for a few seasons. John Stamos just became a regular, also Busy Phillips (she was Audrey on Dawson's Creek) just started and Sara Gilbert has been on a few episodes last season and this one. The dark, curly haired one that you recognize is Neela (I think I spelled that right) Noah Wyle went to Darfur, I think, he went to do doctor's without borders and met someone and they got pregnant so he moved over there, but then she lost the baby and they broke up and then he just stayed because he was so devastated. Luca and Abby just had a baby. Neela's husband was another doctor in the ER, Gilant, he died while fighting over in Iraq, now there's something going on with her and John Stamo and Shane West's characters, John Stamo's character actually has a girlfriend but Neela doesn't know that. Carrie's a lesbian and had a partner who had a son, but then she died and her family was fighting for custody of the boy, but in the end they got joint custody with Carrie. George Clooney's character moved to Seattle, and then shortly after his girlfriend, I can't for the life of me remember her name, but that one doctor with the long curly brown hair, got pregnant then gave birth to his baby twin girls, and eventually moved to Seattle with him. Doctor Greene got a brain tumor, had it removed, it came back and he later died. I don't know how long it's been since you haven't watched it but I thought I would catch you up. It's not everything, but there's a lot of information for you about what's happened.
Hope that helps, but if you have more questions, feel free to just send me an message on here.

YES, Im a HUGE fan. I watch all the old reruns every single morning. Ive seen every episode, more than twice, except for the brand new ones.
Abby, Luca, Sam, the black female nurse and the black male nurse, the red haired male doc, the big guy that works at the desk(cant remember his name), the black doc, Pratt, the female doc from England or wherever, (she was married to Michael that died in Iraq) and Kerry are all still on. Even Sally Feild made an appearance last week.
Sarah Gilbert is still on and Im not sure if her other show is still on. I dont know about the blondes youre talking about, Id have to have a name. There was a new blond on last night.
Sorry I couldnt remember all the names. I think its been on like 11-12 yrs.

Sam one of the blonds you're talking about was in Scooby Doo as Velma and I don't know about the other blond. Sara Gilbert was on that show Twins on the WB but I'm not sure if it was canceled or not

Not sure which two blondes you are talking about --- but Linda Cardellini (Sam) and Busy Phillips (new girl who loves Jesus) used to be on "Freaks and Geeks" together. Which, by the way, is totally worth renting on dvd. It was an excellent show!
Some people aren't digging the new season -- but I really like that the characters change periodically. (I loved the story arc in Africa with Carter and Kovac).
