I am helping a friend with a softball photo album for her daughter, and honestly, I don't know the difference! She wants softball stickers "not baseball" but what am I looking for exactly? I understand there are differences in rules, ball size, bat size, type and speed of pitch- but how do I determine if the stickers are specific to softball? Thanks!

There probably wont be any obvious differences when you are using stickers.
For example, softball the bat can only be 34 inches, baseball it can be 42.
Softball ball is 12 inches around, baseball is 9.
Softball 7 innings, baseball 9.

One difference that might be obvious is :
Softball there is no pitchers mound, its an 8-foot circle around the pitcher's plate
Baseball there is a pitcher's mound.

baseball is what you watch on tv, softball is what kids play in school, base balls are smaller, softballs are bigger, i am sure what she is asking for is baseball. i am not aware of softball stickers, maybe she mean baseball cards?

Gosh! I thought I knew this one, I was already to say a flat pitchers mound, players wear shorts, pitchers toss under hand
Well, as it relates to stickers (or a photo album for a girl) make sure you get as many girl players as possible
that's all I got
