They have seen that we are powerless to do anything about Iran and know they have the same freedom to do as they wish. It is unlikely that any effective sanctions will be enforced on them. Their goal is of course to blackmail the rest of the world into paying them to do as we wish. Eventually I expect they will be offered lucrative incentives which they will accept and still do as the wish. Yes we could have given them everything they wanted on an ongoing basis and prevented this from happening at this time.

We shouldn't have let another communist country have any nuclear technology.
If china doesn't agree with sanctions then we're either going to pay the blackmail or take him out.
I vote take him out I'm tired of sending our tax money to countries that wish us destroyed.

Clinton "might" have been able to.
He didn't really try, except to bribe them by giving them our tax money to promise to be good.
They took the money and advanced their nukes.
Clinton didn't care. He was busy having fun and playing sex games instead of being president.

Yes we could have stopped Clinnton from giving them Nukes. But we didnt see it coming when we let a whining fradie cat into the white house.
