Keep kids motivated by taking them for ice cream at the end of a win, have a party at the end of the season and congratulate them with trophies. Be tough but fair. try having them play an older team it is always more fun especially if its a players older sibling just a year older and then they'll show them some moves. Make them run! If they don't learn now they never will. the last one round always goes again it may be harsh but that's the way my dad taght me and now i can run at a full sprint when i need to even if i just got a secong long break from sprinting. explain to them why they have to those drills. teach them soccer vocab, cross, offside, drop, keep and all that good stuff
