Well, you are just like many other women who are as pregnant as you are. This is normal and it happens. Your breast milk is coming in. You should check with your doctor to make sure everything is alright with your milk glands. You should get some breast pads so your milk won't come through your shirts. Congratulations on your pregnancy and GOD bless you.

You are probably leaking colostrum. That's normal before having a baby.
The tightening sounds like braxton hicks. I'm 30 weeks and I get them a few times a day. They are just uncomfortable, not painful. Feels like the baby just curled up in a ball and when you touch your stomach, it's hard. It usually goes away after 30 seconds to 1 minute.

The tightening you are feeling is called false labor or braxton hicks contractions. They are the way nature is prepping your body for birthing. Like a runner doing stretches before a long run.
The leaking is normal. I suggest that you use a nursing bra which make you more comfortable.

Sometimes your water doesn't burst, it will just gentley leak out. To check to see if it is your water you need to relax and lay down for about half an hour or more. when you get up if you feel a gush then it is quite possible that your water has broke. If you don't feel the gush it could just be you bodies way of getting thing prepared and softened up for the big day. Good Luck!

Your body is getting ready for the baby. Although the milk doesn't come in for a few days after birth, you can leak very early on. No worries.

this more then likely your breasts producting milk and leaking a little. totaly common and a good thing since you are so far in to your pregnancy. It can be annoying, I know, but you can always wear breast pads if it is a big problem.
