Since these "people" were deemed morally and socially "inferior", what was done to them to keep the overall breeding line "pure" was acceptable in the eyes of the government/

No idea what you're talking about. My father was arrested twice by the NAZIS once because he taught English, second time sentenced to death because he wouldn't help design the Arado fighter plane. To me, what's a holocaust? Is it just the oppression of a selected group of people or is it something greater? Personally, I'm sick and tired of hearing about the holocaust.
